£70 per hour, follow up a plan where required.

Bundle Support Package

1. Bronze: Total 4 hours (£260) £65 per hour

2. Sliver: Total 6 hours (£360) £60 per hour

3. Gold: Total 8 hours (£440) £55 per hour

This bundle can be booked anytime throughout pregnancy and for up to 6 months after the birth of your babies. This bundle can be in person, online, or over the phone, according to your wishes.

Breastfeeding Antenatal and Postnatal Support Package

Session 1 – Antenatal breastfeeding session up to 2 hours and discussion including plan. Worth £130.

Session 2 – Breastfeeding support session between birth – week old. 90 minutes to 2 hours. Including breastfeeding assessment, resources, and plan with a follow-up email. Worth £150

Session 3 – 1-6 weeks after birth, includes an hour-long discussion, breastfeeding assessment, and a revised feeding plan and follow-up resources if required. Worth £70

Return to Work Session

This session is to help prepare you to return to work whilst breastfeeding. Lead by your goals with tailored support.

How to maintain supply

Laws that protect you.

Practicalities of breastfeeding and working.

A plan that is individual to the age and stage of your baby.

Electronic resources to refer to.

What is included

Option 1: 60-minute video consultation exploring your breastfeeding journey so far, childcare arrangements, expectations of working, and breastfeeding. Discussion on your personal goal. A plan with be agreed upon that is individual to you and your baby. With tips and resources to support expressing, maintaining supply, adjustment for both you and your baby and so tools to help manage the emotional wellbeing and self-care. A follow-up 30-minute video call once you have returned to work and any revision to plan required.

Option 2: As above with face-to-face support instead of video call.

The ultimate breastfeeding support

Session 1 – Antenatal breastfeeding session up to 2 hours and discussion including plan.

Session 2 – Newborn Breastfeeding support session in the first week. Up to 2 hours. Including breastfeeding assessment, resources, and plan with a follow-up email.

Session 3 – 2-3 weeks after birth, includes 60 long discussions, breastfeeding assessment, and a revised feeding plan and follow-up resources if required.

Session 4 – Week 4 Video call 30 minutes

Session 5 – Weeks 6-8 Video call up to 60 minutes this session will also have self-care and emotional wellbeing support in addition to breastfeeding support.

Session 6 – 4 Months Video call 30 minutes. At this stage, babies can start to become very distracted at the breast. This session will help with strategies to overcome any challenges through this complete developmental time of change for the baby as they are becoming more interested in the world.

Session 7– 5-6 Months Introducing Complementary Solids (Starting Solids) 60-minute consultation to help prepare you for and get you ready for the baby having more than just milk.

A bonus of the returning to work whilst breastfeeding session (value £130)

Closing the bones ceremony is also included in this package to honor the work your body has done. Value £75

Payment Policy:

Payment can be made by Cash, Paypal (extra fee of 5% to pay this method), or through a BACS transfer.

Full Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking and additional time stayed if requested is due up to 24 hours after your consultation.

Package fees can either be paid in full within 48 hours of booking OR a 50% deposit on booking and the remaining 50% within 24 hours of your first consultation, according to your preferences.

Cancellation Policy:

Clinic Space consultations: £20 admin fee to cover venue

Ad-hoc consultations:

Up to 48 hours prior to consultation: NO charge will be incurred
Up 24-48 hours prior to consultation: 50% charge will be incurred
Within 24 hours prior to consultation: 80% charge will be incurred

Re-bookings:

If a consultation is re-booked for within a 2 week period of a cancelled appointment, no cancellation charges will apply if in your own home. There could be a £20 admin fee for Clinic Space Appointments.

Packages:

Packages are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to a booked first consultation. After the first consultation all agreed fees will be subject to payment.

PLEASE NOTE

If a cancellation is being made under special and unexpected circumstances, such as admission to the hospital, please do let me know and we can come to an individual agreement.
